5. Shipping & Pickup

• Delivery is available within Cairo and Giza only.

• Pickup is available from our main branch in Sheraton, Cairo, at no additional cost.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items and must be reported within the specified return period communicated at purchase.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
