Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

– Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

– The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.

– Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

– Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

– Customized or special-order products.

– Items returned without original packaging or with missing accessories.

Refunds

– Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

– Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

– Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or delivery error.

Exchanges

– Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.

– If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Products

– Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

– Clear photos or videos may be required for verification.

Return Shipping

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by JLT Lightech.
